She holds a Juris Doctor with an international law concentration, a master’s certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certification as a mediator. She helped establish the first community college system in the Caribbean and Latin America. She served as Advisor to the President of the Dominican Republic on Florida Affairs. That combination of legal training, process engineering, and federal experience shapes how she approaches every case.
